MyMa delivers exclusively to Switzerland.

We offer free delivery on all orders above CHF 50.00. 

For all orders below CHF 50.00 delivery costs of CHF 6.00 for B-Post and CHF 8.00 for A-Post apply.

It takes us 1 day to process your order and another 1-5 (A-Post or B-Post) days for your order to arrive. 

Should your order not arrive in the above mentioned time, please contact us at hello@drinkmyma.ch.

Kindly inform us prior to returning your order of any issues with it by reaching out to us at hello@drinkmyma.ch along with your order number.

In the event of dissatisfaction with your purchase, you have the option to return the product for a complete refund (excluding delivery costs) or exchange it for an alternative. The delivery costs to return the product and costs for the delivery of an alternate product in case of exchange shall be borne by the customer. 

Products may only be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase, in their original condition (unopened, unused and undamaged). 

Products purchased at a reduced price during a sale cannot be returned.
